I was traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania when I suffered a flat tire at 8 o’clock on a Saturday evening . In desperation, I looked for a tire shop that would be open that late. Sunny Tires was opened. I called them and the manager, Emad, said bring it in and they’d get it fixed. I put the spare on and drove to the shop and the team very quickly took care of my problem. It’s not often you’re able to get something done on a Saturday evening. Being from out of town and not familiar with what would be open and which shops are trustworthy, I was worried. But Emad and his team were terrific. I really, really recommend them. They got me back on the road with minimal delay. Very well done.

The customer service, or lack thereof, is maybe the worst we have ever gotten. Incredibly rude and condescending, including the woman who put her finger up to shush my husband when he was trying to get a quote on tire prices. While there, she was also talking about the business getting two bad and one good review in the past week—I suggest focusing on your customer service to improve that. We would never come back regardless of their prices or skill, which we don’t know if they have, simply because of how rude they were.

Sold me two used tires that no shop would put on because they were 16 years old never disclosed the age of tires $65 a piece. I try to bring them back for a refund or even partial refund a they refused with attitude. Which is my reason for the review because of how I was treated and talked to like a dog over the phone was not ok I was very polite. I filed a complaint hopefully it get some where if not I’ll take it to small claims court. I hope they never get someone like this again. Don’t waste your money with them plenty of other tire shops.

went to install tires, paid extra 10$ per wheel for rim protection since not scratching them was my only and big concern, don’t think the worker was ever told that he had to use it, ended up paying for nothing and getting damaged rims

I’m so grateful for this tire service! It was getting late in the evening, and they were the only place open within miles when my tire blew out on the highway and my car had to be towed in. The person at the front desk was incredibly friendly and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. They changed the tire super quickly and even took the time to check the rest of my tires since I was heading out on a long journey. Excellent service, kind people, and great efficiency — highly recommend!
